To strengthen employees’ fire safety awareness, enhance emergency response capabilities, and build a solid “firewall” for safe production, Tai’ai Peptide Group’s Shandong Heze base recently organized all employees to carry out a fire training and emergency drill activity that combines “theory + practice” to “add fuel” to the group’s safe production.

During the training session, the base invited fire rescue professionals to provide on-site lectures. Informed by the specific workshop environments of peptide production plants, the lecturers used case studies and video demonstrations to systematically explain the causes of fires, initial firefighting techniques, the proper use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants, and key points for evacuating from dense smoke. Regarding potential fire hazards in production workshops, such as dust and electrical equipment, the lecturers emphasized key points in daily inspections and specific standards for hazard detection, fostering awareness among employees that “hazards can lead to accidents.”

Following the theoretical training, practical exercises were immediately launched. Under the guidance of firefighters, employees were divided into groups to practice using fire extinguishers, experiencing the “lift, pull, grip, and press” firefighting process firsthand to ensure everyone mastered the practical skills.

This activity not only enhanced employees’ emergency response capabilities but also reinforced the sense of responsibility that “no matter how small, safety is important in production.” Going forward, the base will regularly conduct various safety training and drills, implementing regular and refined safety management to build a solid safety barrier for the group’s high-quality development.
