On April 23, 2025, Professor Guan Yueqiang of Hebei University led a research team from the School of Life Sciences to visit the Dalian production base of Taiaipeptide Group in Liaoning. Ms. Wu Xia, Chairman of Taiaipeptide Group, Ms. Chen Ye, Vice President, and Dr. Guo Chunyu, Director of the Research Institute, warmly welcomed the arrival of Professor Guan and his team.
The research team of the School of Life Sciences went deep into the production workshop and observed the group’s equipment for peptide extraction and production as well as the Dalian modern laboratory. The modern production equipment and standardized operating procedures were highly recognized by the research team. The two sides focused on “Chinese turtle peptides, aquatic organisms, and cooperation project applications” and other aspects for in-depth discussions.
Teacher Guan emphasized that school-enterprise cooperation is an important link to promote innovation in the bio-industry. Our college will give full play to its disciplinary advantages, integrate scientific research resources, deepen cooperation with enterprises in talent training, technology research and development, and achievement transformation, and jointly build an industry-university-research innovation platform in the field of peptide drugs.
