To effectively strengthen employees’ fire safety awareness, improve their emergency self-rescue and initial fire handling capabilities, and reinforce the company’s safety production defenses, on January 8, 2026, Tai Ai Peptide Group’s Shandong base organized a fire safety knowledge training and practical drill activity with a clear theme and focus on practical results.

This event closely adhered to the theme of “prevention first, life above all,” and received great attention from the group’s management and active participation from employees across all departments. The training was conducted by instructors from the Heze Luxi New Area Fire and Rescue Brigade in Shandong Province. The instructors began with theoretical explanations, closely tailored to the actual conditions of the office environment and production facilities. The presentation included videos of typical fire incidents from recent years, using shocking real-life examples to warn all employees that fire safety is of paramount importance and responsibility is paramount.

After the theoretical training, under the professional guidance of the instructors, the employees took turns practicing the standardized actions of “lifting, pulling, gripping, and pressing,” successfully extinguishing the simulated fire. Through hands-on instruction and direct experience, everyone not only overcame their unfamiliarity with and fear of fire extinguishing equipment but also effectively mastered the key skills for fighting initial fires.

This fire safety training activity was well-organized, comprehensive, and highly effective. It not only tested the feasibility of the group’s existing fire emergency plan but also deeply instilled the safety concept of “learning about fire safety, understanding fire safety, and applying fire safety” in all employees.
