On August 25, 2026, the Taiai Peptide Group Technology Innovation and Special Medical Food Seminar was successfully held. At the seminar, Wu Xia, Chairwoman of Taiai Peptide Group, delivered a welcome speech. Sang Lichuan, President of the New Food Branch of the China Food and Drug Promotion Association, elaborated on the current development status of special medical foods, sorted out high-quality resources in the upstream and downstream of the industry, and built a resource docking bridge for peptide technology to empower the special medical food track.

Li Yujia, former market inspector of the Enforcement and Inspection Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, exchanged views on industry policies, association resources, and industrial cooperation.

Huang Xinwang, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Food and Drug Promotion Association, shared his views on industry support, stating that the association will fully leverage its platform role to assist enterprises in their innovative development through various means, including industry services, standards development, and resource matching.

Dr. Cai Jun shared technical support in the field of special medical and nutritional products, explaining the key technical points in the process of moving special medical products from laboratory research and development to industrialization, based on practical experience from pilot-scale production bases. Participants exchanged opinions from multiple dimensions, including policy, scientific research, technology, and industry, analyzing industry development opportunities and current challenges.

At the meeting, a framework agreement signing ceremony was held, during which participating parties successively signed a framework agreement for a joint laboratory and a cooperation agreement for the research and development of special medical foods.
