This initiative aims to empower business collaborations through standardized etiquette.

Xiao Jinjin, General Manager of Shuiyi Baiqing Hotel, was specially invited to conduct the training. The curriculum was tailored to the Group’s external business needs and covered six practical modules: standardized grooming and appearance; posture and etiquette (including standing and walking); end-to-end client reception procedures; business seating arrangements; protocols for banquets and toasts; and daily business communication details regarding telephone calls, meetings, and online interactions. The instructor illustrated concepts using real-world business scenarios, highlighted etiquette nuances for different occasions, and demonstrated frequently used reception actions such as handshaking, exchanging business cards, vehicle boarding, and serving tea.

Participants remarked that the training content was highly relevant to their actual work, resolving uncertainties regarding etiquette during receptions and banquets.
